I found this fastener (I assume) under my gas pedal. Does anyone know what it is?

I have been under my Gen 3 and now Gen 4 quite a bit, never saw a shoulder bolt like that. It generally allows for something to slide on or rotate around it. There just isn't that much moving in the cab near there other than pedals and steering wheel. Did someone use your truck, or in it for service? Maybe they dropped it.

Sorry, I am stymied. Maybe PM Benny at AllMoparPartals in vendor section. That part looks bent, and you might need a new one if it belongs there.

is it metal or plastic? almost looks plastic from the photo. what does the head look like?
