I have a 2019 3500. Due to several reasons I was unable to drive my RAM most of February and March. I noticed last week that my screen was showing me about two miles away and was also rebooting every 3 mins or so. A couple days latter, the entire truck went bonkers and wouldn’t start. Turn out both batteries were drained, only 13 months old. I have since driven the truck and both batteries are charged and all electrical components working except the nav and radio. Still rebooting and lost. I’ve done the soft reset, pushing the volume and selector knobs but does not help. The hard restart I can’t figure out because I don’t have temperature arrows to press ,having knobs. Any suggestions?

When my batteries were changed it seemed to take a number of hits for the radio and such to work again. By the next morning everything was working fine
