Hello all new to the site and I need some into. Fix'n to buy an 09 Ram and it has the navigation head unit but the nav was never installed(i guess it was an option). Is there any way to install it now???

not on the older rams. its actually not pre-installed like the 13+ rams. its part of the head unit. you would have to physically swap the entire radio for one with nav.

For the older Rams, Smartphone mirroring with an unlocked screen is ideal for having Google maps.

Looked it up, for that price no thanks, a $10 phone holder is a much better option IMO.
