Make sure you get her a med alert bracelet or similar for her med allergies, great catch on your part.
Sounds like the neurologist is a little butthurt over their misdiagnosis. Remember, some Dr.'s passed with flying colors, and others might not have. How dare you actually know a thing or two, and have common sense.
You can always write a truthful review of your experience to give others pause for consideration of this Dr.'s talents (or lack thereof). You don't have to bash, just be honest.
As far as your Hemi is concerned, if you are set on doing a 6.4, get a Hemi crate engine, brand spanking new. I'm not sure what else is required for fitment in your vehicle, but others here can steer you right in that regard.
