Need help upgrading factory reflector headlamps

Hi

I have the optional factory Projector headlamps and I've read that aftermarket replacements sometimes say not compatible with these. How can I find replacement upgrade headlamps that are compatible? I am not even sue why they're an issue if I am taking the old reflector assembles out and replacing them?

Truck is 2015 2500 Powerwagon with Laramie package. TIA

Thread title says you have reflectors, thread starts saying you have projectors, then ends back to having reflectors.
Which do you have and which do you want?
Projector is a round glass ball, reflectors have mirrored walls & exposed bulbs.

Yeah sorry. I came back to edit and say projectors but couldn't edit subject line. Then it looks like I missed the second time I said reflectors. I do have projector headlamps. TIA

On your first post find the Thread Tools tab, it allows you to edit the title.
Replacement projectors are usually for trucks that didn't come with them (an 'upgrade' version) and is what most offerings are.

Oem projectors use a different connector than the quads which is why the after market projectors don't work, they have the quads electrical connector.
