Need help with 2012 dodge power wagon

My rear locker engages but my front will not and the truck doesn’t know that the rear locker has engaged because the lights are still flashing but I can hear the rear diff click when I move the switch. I also have this misterious plug anyone know what it’s for or what it does

Check your fuse box. I couldnt get my 4wd to engage. Thats where the issue was. It was a 10amp fuse also. Might be similar issue with the lockers considering there are so many electronics
