Need help with a Metal Bumper

After someone brushed up against my front bumper and marked it up, I'm wanting a **** the way bumper for my truck. (2018 2500) Is there a bumper that allows me to keep my sensors and stock bumper?

While that looks bad ass,I want to go with something more aggressive. But I would like to keep my stock bumper and sensors.

Many brands let you keep your sensors. Confused on you saying you want to keep your bumper tho... what are you wanting replaced then? Are you talking about something to just add to it like a brush guard? Pic of your truck might help too

Sounds to me like he's looking for a push bar (not sure if that is what they are called, bull bar?) that mounts to his factory front bumper, not a full bumper replacement.
