Need Help

I'm new here to the forum and really need help. Got a 17 Ram 1500,4x4 w/5.7. Got home and when I exited the truck, I had a strong coolant smell. Opened the hood and there is some sort of fluid on both sides of the front of the engine. Smells like coolant buy looks alot like power steering fluid. Coolant level is not low, engine oil is clear and full. The fan on the front of the water pump can be moved side to side by hand, but no obvious leaks? No dash lights came on, didn't get hot. Where is the power steering pump?? Help...

If you can't tell coolant from power steering fluid I suggest you take it to a shop.

My money is on coolant since there is No power steering fluid in this model, it’s electric.
