I don't if I should post this under here or electrical. I had a led light bar installed below my tailgate about a month ago. A buddy of mine informed me that when my right turn signal is on my left reverse light flashes. Further investigation it also does it when my hazard lights are on as well but not when the left turn signal is on. I looked at it and there is only one white wire running to the reverse light on the left side. The light bar is not hard wired it's just plugged into the 4 post trailer harness at the moment. Any suggestion on what it could be?

Does it occur when the light bar isn't plugged in?

I've seen similar issues with a trailer that was plugged into the 4flat. It's something to do with the ground circuit back feeding into the reverse light. As Revo suggested, unplug the bar and see if it still occurs. Then hard wire in your bar, soldering and insulating the connections.

So I unplugged the light bar and it didn't do it. So I took it back to the place that installed it for them and told them my problem. Maybe this time the will hard wire like they should have first.
