Need some clarification on the 12” Screen and HK System

I was under the impression that when you choose the 12” screen, it automatically included the HK system. I just looked at a sticker and seen it has the 12” screen but lists the 9 speaker system with subwoofer. Does the 12” truly come with two different audio configurations?

If so, what would be your preference between the two? I’m an audio guy but this time around if I pull the trigger, good enough will be ok for me. Not lousy, but good. A friend has the 9 speaker system in his 2017 and I would consider that good enough. Nothing like the 1200 Watts in my truck but honestly, I hardly ever get a chance to listen to it the way it is designed as I always have passengers or my run is to get coffee at Wawa 2 miles away.

I went with the 9 speaker Alpine and I think it is for sure “good enough”. When looking at them I couldn’t justify the extra $1000 over the Advanced Safety Group for the upgraded sound system and the rear ventilated seats.

The HK is pretty decent off my iPhone... Sirius is lacking but from what I have read, a few updates will eventually get it right. I think adding a better woofer would really dial it in.

I have a 19 and the sticker says 9 speakers but in upgrades it says 19 speakers and to be honest it needs at more power.
