i am looking at the mufflex muffler i dont no witch one to go with ether the dod14 or dodm80 need some in put on both thx

I bought the 14 worried about the same thing, but it sounds great. It is not annoying when it kicks in.

If you want it loud, then go straight for the muffler delete. You can always get a tuner to disable the MDS if you dont like the sound when it kicks into MDS.

got the dodm80. Get comments on how bad it sounds all the time. At least the truck sounds powerful.
You can also put your transmission into manual shift mode and put it into 5/6 whichever is your tranny and it'll still shift automatically and wont kick in mds if the sound is that awful to you.
It doesnt bother me at all.
