Need to replace the shift solenoid.

Hey all,

I have a 2005 1500 and it's throwing the P0750 code. From many research it appears that the common issue is the shift solenoid.

Truck has approx 100k miles and I could change the trans fluid and filters at the same time.

Opinions on a new vs refurbished. I see new around $250 and up and refurb's for about half at $175.

I don't mind spending for a new if that's the best way. Was just wondering any experiences with this part as a refurb vs new before I buy.
