Hey Guys,

I am contemplating blacking out my truck and need some other opinions. As you will see from my pics I had went with a chrome/black theme.

I am wanting to black out the grill, emblems, door handles, nerf bars, and fuel door with plasti-dip possibly. I then am wanting to do the fender flares, rockers, and bumbers in Herculiner with the UV treatment. I am worried about the plasti-dip not looking quite right as it will have a more dull finish than the Herculiner.

I will also be tinting tails and third brake light as well as using a high temp black paint on my exhaust tip.

So, let me know what you think and be nice! LOL!

I will post some pics of my truck and you can also find them in my profile album.

I think it will look GREAT! If you post up in the photoshop section, I'm sure one of the chop guys can give you an idea what it would look like.

I should also mention...I think a lot of people like the plasti-dip as it can be removed fairly easy down the road, vs the Herculiner, which seems to be more of a once it's on, it's on kinda deal

Yeah, I thought of that, but that Herculiner looks bad ass! Also, do you think it would look off if I leave the wheels the way they are?

I think it will look sweet! And I don't think your wheels would look out of place since they are custom and have a lil black to them
