I just traded my 05 Dak in for a 2011 Ram SLT 4x4. 4.7l (tried to negotiate a hemi but they wouldnt come down enough). I am liking the Ram. The 4.7 seems to a better 4.7 than what i had in my Dak. Here is my question : where would be the best place to pick up some replacement parts? i would like to get a new center console with the ram emblem impressed on it and that is my first goal. Just trying to fancy it up a little bit. I bought it 11/19, and have put an 18" magnaflow and a drop in K&N. I will eventually get a CAI. Next step is to tint front windows and get an eyebrow! thanks Guys glad to be on here and get some useful info that i need about everything!

Welcome to RF! Definately good pick on the Mag 18", not too loud, but not quiet either. That K & N will do you fine till you can upgrade to something better, ie a volant, airaid or something with an enclosed, true CAI. I definately recommend the brow, you'll know why after it's installed. For your center console, your best bet would probably be Ebay, but you might shoot over and see if our sponsor RockAuto has anything close. RockAuto Auto Parts. you will def. notice a difference in your new 4.7 vs. the old one. In 2008 they changed the design and bumped it up to 310 hp
