What is normal? And what RPMs are the surge reaching? I know to start my RPMs shoot up and then go down to about 1400RPMs and slowly decline to 600 while warming up.

I'm gonna say its normal. it might just be adjusting for the ambient temperature. mine used to do the same but now it doesn't.. I was thinking mine was having problems...but I was told it was normal...

Is it just a high idle or does it literally bounce around before it warms up?
