Hello, I'm looking for a some information about changing tires on my 2023 Ram 1500 Big Horn Crew Cab 4WD. The Bridgestone's that came with it give a great ride and fuel economy, but I am looking for possibly an All Terraine tire? I don't go off roading, however I do trailer an open trailer with a car on it. I am looking for good traction, not a lot of road noise, and not to destroy fuel economy: I have always been a fan of BFG K02'S except for the last set I put on my wife's Jeep, I know they have K02's now, but I'm a little gun shy with them???? The dealership was pushing Cooper Discoverer, and a little bit larger tire, LT275 65 R20's, which is about 2-1/4 inches taller than stock, Will this larger tire cause issues, rubbing, speedometer, & odometer variations???? I also liked the Michelin Defender LTX Platinum A LOT, & Michelin LTX A/T's looked good too???? I would appreciate any feedback and opinions.... Thank you LVRam 1500

Michelins, Coopers, Toyo AT's do you well. I personally run Falken Wildpeaks.

Michelin, another vote here. I have Defender MS LTX and love them, certainly the best tires I have ever had on any of my trucks with hundreds of thousands of miles. Great road traction wet, dry, and snow (just got back from ski trip in mountains), off road usage is very sturdy, and low noise. Got them at Sam's Club as they are LTX version. Costco has similar one as well.

Only two of us and at the time a lot of remodeling. But trying to get a 1/2 t 8’ 2 dr in 19 wasn’t easy.Wish I would have lifted it before I ditched the good years.

Welcome from Ontario, Canada.

Michelin Defender LTX M/S are great tires.
I run LT295/65R20 (equivalent to 35's) on my stock 20x9 Warlock rims for my summer set up.

Cooper Discoverer... great tire that's a bit more rugged than the factory ones but still offers a nice ride and minimal noise. Have had them on two different Rams now. Pretty easy on the wallet too, as far as a major brand tire goes.

These have my vote too. Have ran them on all of my previous rigs. If I could ever get these Michelin highway tires to wear out I'm likely switching over to the Discoverers next go 'round. But... here we are with over 50k miles on these Michelins and darned if they don't still look new.
