Hey y'all Shannon here! I made this account a while ago and never introduced myself, then sold my Ram but just got a new...ish eco so I guess that makes me a new member again! I wanted to ask you guys if there is some where I can get the past service records for my truck? Already asked the local dealer and they said they cant pull it up and theres not another one for miles!

Did they say why they can't pull it up?

It is possible the previous owner went to an independent shop or did it himself if there are not any records in FCA records.
