Hello,

After 11 years, I am now again a Dodge Owner. Picked up a mint condition 2019 5.7 Laramie Quad, in Domenico red with 14000 miles on it, Monday! It has most of the toys, heated everything, leather, 12" Uconnect system etc.

On Wednesday I created an account at Mopar to lookup my original windows sticker and build sheet. My first question is on my window sticker and build sheet it says I have a "Single disc remote CD player, I have, short of tearing the seats out, have yet to locate a CD player in this truck. Also it says I have a Tow package, but after crawling around under and over the truck I have a Max Tow package. It states I have 321 gears, but the buildsheet & differential Id says 392 gears. The sticker doesn't say anything about fog lights, but I have them. It says the original owner paid for the Crystal paint coat, but only the fender flare have this. I have triple check My vin against the sheets & used multiple ways of getting the original window sticker and build sheets and it checks out. Why so many errors, what gives Dodge?

Not a happy camper! At least Dodge is stepping up and taking care of me pronto! Have had the truck 4 days and on day 2 the Uconnect systems started acting up. Items would appear and then disappear. Nav system thinks it's in another state and won't change. Nav accuracy is ZERO! One hour I( have Sirrusxm the next I don't. This all happens each time I start the truck and the Uconnect boots and displays different options each time. The wife and I froze our asses off the other night with no heat controls. Well I sure hope it get taken care of the first time.

Hate to say it, but that may be why you found a mint 2019 with only 19k on it - original owner dumped a troubled truck and moved on. I would try and get all the maintenance records I could get my hands on and see if it was a problem vehicle.

My sheet lists original equipment and then packages, which modified some of that equipment. So the dealer could have ordered the truck and in simple form it has, say, rubber floors but then a convenience group packages added carpet. Also, the former owner could have added things like different gears and the fog lights. On my truck I did not have them but added the lights with factory switch I bought separately and activated with AlphaOBD device. It does sound like you bought someone else's problem, sorry to hear that. I agree with above, get service history. You may want to return it now if allowed. Good luck.

Pretty sure the Laramie has standard fog lights. The Laramie trim is pretty loaded up with standard features.
