Purchased new ram

I am trading in my 2019 Ram Limited with about 48,000 miles on it tomorrow and purchasing a 2026 Ram 1500 Tungsten crew cab 4 by 4. My 2019 Limited has been a great truck with a few issues of late. I think most of my problems are due to lack of use, as I generally only use it in the winter.

My question is does the new Tungsten have a cd player

You can install one like I did. But instead of using it I’ve been recording my old albums, CDs and cassettes on thumb drives.

I just bought a '25 Tungsten this week. In for tint now. My last two rides were a 2019 Escalade ESV and a 2024 Navigator L. I know it's the honeymoon phase, but this Tungsten is nicer than the Caddy and Lincoln!

I don't think they even offer a CD player anymore. They're considered passé. It was optional on my 2019 Laramie.

No CD player, but the inputs may accommodate a USB plug-in device

What is a CD??.....Just kidding I am definitely not that young.

They don't come with one but as shown above you can get a USB style one for CD's or just do what I did and move your CD's onto a thumb drive and leave it plugged into your truck. I did that and now have all my CD's on 2 USB thumb drives, one for my truck and one for my fox body.

I'm old enough to have gone from albums to cassettes (& tracks), to CDs, to digital devices, to thumb drives, to being told I need a music subscription. Thankfully Pandora is still free.
