Ram order tracking

Ordered a Ram Laramie on 4/7/2026 as of today 5/11/2026. WHEN I PUT THE INFO IN ON THE RAM SITE TO TRACK MY VEHICLE IT SAYS “There’s currently no information about your vehicle available. Please check again later.” THIS IS THE SAME MSG I’VE BEEN GETTING SINCE 4/7… I do get a window sticker on a vin check online along with a build sheet but nothing on the ram tracking site. Does anyone know if the site is working or is just my build that I’m having a problem with? I stoped into the dealership about a week and a half ago and they tell me that it has been built and waiting for a delivery date. They know nothing about the tracking site.

From what I can remember, if you can get a window sticker doing an online check then the truck is built. Shipping on the other hand is just wait for a call from the dealer when it arrives to them. Seems no good way of tracking that info. It sucks waiting but worth it in the end. Gone are the days of six week turn around from ordering to delivery for the most part. Good luck.

There used to be a guy on this forum (forgot his handle) I'm pretty sure he worked for "Chrysler" at the time. Anyway, if you gave him your order number from the dealer, he could tell you when it was to be built. I retrieved the order number from the dealer, and they also gave me a vin number. I sent the "Chrysler guy" the order number, he came back with the correct vin number, and a build date. My truck was to be built on September 8th of 2015. I checked on-line and it was built on the 8th and showed shipped on the 9th or 10th I called the dealer on the 10th about noon and asked if my truck was in yet. I was told they didn't even know if it was built yet. 2 hours later they called me and told me it was in. I was living in Indiana at that time, about 6 hours from "Dodge City" I picked it up on the 11th. I do not remember his handle! He even gave the codes of what stage it was in.
