I have a 2004 ram 1500 5.7 SLT with 191,000. I have OEM spec wires/coils/plugs. Replaced wires 3 times and I'm still dealing with the exact same arcing problem under a light/half load. Even when overdrive kicks in it will cause arcing. I loose all of bank 2 by the seems of it for how bad it's arcing. I've grounded both heads separately and checked with multimeter for proper grounding. Checked gap of all plugs, the resistance in coils and wires. I'm at my wits ends with this truck please someone help me before I go broke

Double posting this here and in Audio & Electronics won’t get double the replies. Usually ends up getting half or less replies.

are you using spacers, so that there is little to no arching between spark plug wires, where the wires cross each other ?

damn, with all of those spark wires tracks. etc.
What a mess !!

I didn't mean to post in electronics, should've deleted this one. I'm dealing with a bad ground for bank 2, I'm assuming my wire harness for the coils has a suspected bad ground or further down the line. To solve my problem I am putting ground wires on all 4 coils.

You should also be posting these questions in the 3rd Gen section, you're in the 5th Gen section here.
You might get more answers if you post in the proper section.
