I ran Cooper STTs in alot of snow, very good performance. If the 305s are too wide for you're taste, you could go narrower and taller with a 275/65-20 (34 x 11.5). I ran that size with a leveling kit and they looked but not too stuffed

Good tires...... But not an mt.... You won't get the offroad performance out of either like you would with either mt.

Droid Incredible 2 on the move!!!

I have the AT3 in a 315/70-17 that I run for winter. Doesn't have the meaty look but very smooth and quieter than the Cooper STT.
If you want something that is meaty but runs good on the road, get Nitto Trail Grapplers, they are great. I've heard good things about the Toyo MTs too and they have a very similar tread pattern to the Cooper STT
