You came to the right place, plenty of members here who will help you spend your money!
I would recommend contacting Nick @GotExhaust, a preferred vendor on this forum, awesome customer service & very knowledgeable with modifications/upgrades for our trucks.
As someone who has bought things without doing enough research, cai-our trucks already have a good cold air intake & my first set of wheels didn’t have the right offset/backspacing causing me to use wheel spacers to fix rubbing issues, I would also recommend continuing researching before buying.
You are off to a great start coming here IMO, use the search function here, tons of useful information & advice that has been shared over the years.
Almost forgot, post up some pic’s of your truck, I can’t speak for all our members but I enjoy seeing them.

6” lift, 37” tires and 20” wheels.
Any recommendations on a good quality lift for a Ram that’s not going to break the bank? 37 might be a little much for me since I have no plans of any major off roading at most fields when I’m hunting so I was thinking 33 or 35 with 22” wheels. Probably good with a 4” suspension lift?

I'm not as familiar with the 1500 platform so I can't tell you what to get, but I can tell you what not to get.

Other guy was on here recently, he had already spent $1k on a rough country lift that rode terrible, so he spent another $1k on another cheapo lift that also rode terrible. Moral of the story, there is nothing "quality" in the lift market for under $2k. Be prepared to do it right or don't do it at all.

When I was younger and learning, my father used to always respond when I asked, why is there never enough time and money to do it right the first time, but there's always enough time and money to do it all over again. Took me awhile for that to sink in, but I passed it on to my kids.

Yep completely agree which is why I came here looking for help and advice. Yes also familiar with rough country and know that’s NOT what I want on my truck.

Keep in mind that putting larger tires on a truck is essentially a 're gearing' of the truck

Larger tires = slower acceleration

Depending on the actual change and the engine this may be negligible...but it may also become something that drives you crazy

(Personally every time i get a rental car with a 4 banger in it, i feel the lack of acceleration is down right dangerous)

Not trying to deter you at all, just hoping to get you to see the whole picture

To find the look you are after check out custom offsets gallery they have zillions of customer pictures with details what they installed. Will give you an idea. Sounds like a 4” with 33’s-35’s might work for the look you are after, or even 6” with 35’s

That looks like a 4", possibly 6". Really hard to tell from a pic.

Send me a message with how you use the truck, like any off roading and if so the speeds you would normally do, towing etc...This will help me get you set up right. I am thinking a Zone 4" or 6" kit( cost difference isnt much between the 2) or the Eibach Pro kit stage 2 with UCA's(will not get you as much lift but lower cost and a great setup would probably be your best bet. Send me a message and we can discuss further and I can send pricing.

You can run 35’s with a level but I have seen more than a few people wish they had just done the lift.
I’m leveled with a 1.5” body lift, so my truck sits roughly like a stock 2500, which is the look I wanted.
A 2500 is more truck than I need but do love their stance, looks like a truck should, IMO.
I’m a more tire than wheel guy as far as the 22’s rims, if your on a budget you might look at 18/20’s rims, I believe they’ll be less exspensive-wheels & tires.
That would give you more to invest in a quality lift, I’m happy with my truck but to do it all again I would have done a 4-6” suspenion lift.

From the 4th Gen side of things, but this thread will def give you an idea of what you like and what specific direction you want to go in. MANY killer rigs/examples to go off of here:

https://www.ramforum.com/threads/lifted-4th-gen-pics-show-em-off.50892/

Personally, I suggest going with a Zone/BDS kit. I just did a 6" Zone, stock 20" Laramie rims with 35/12.5 rubber.
