Hello everyone.
I came upon this forum during my research of Ram trucks. I found myself coming back to this forum over and over and over. Every question I had was answered in a thread somewhere on the site. So, having purchased my truck (and now officially a Ram owner) I decided to join the forum.
After 20 years of driving Jeep Grand Cherokees (from original to current), I decided to make a switch to a full-size truck. After I test drove most of the popular full-size trucks - Ram 1500, Ford F-150, GM Sierra/Silverado, Toyota Tundra (skipped the Nissan Titan) - I decided on a Ram 1500 Laramie 4x4, Crew Cab, Hemi 5.7. It was no contest. Even though I drive a F-150 work truck during the week (and it is a solid workhorse) I choose the Ram for personal use. The Ram is more solid, rides better (air suspension), interior is far superior, 8-speed trans is smooth as silk, plus I absolutely loved the 5.7 Hemi in my GC. It also didn't hurt that the Ram is by far the best looking truck
Anyway, thanks to everyone on the forum for helping me with my decision
