Depends on how big your wallet is lol.
Biggest bang for the buck for the 4.7 is gears, specifically upgrading to 4.56's. That gets expensive quickly if you have to do both ends of the truck (you didn't say whether RWD or 4WD). Since HO cams are near non-existent, the 2008+ cams are similar and can be used as well as the 08+ intake manifold (needs TB adapter since 08+ was fly-by-wire). The 4.7 was redesigned in 2008 with better heads and cams as well as intake manifold, rated at 310 hp.
Bolt on supercharger kits are also available.

An easy one that I’m getting ready to do is a e-fan. Better mpg and removes the drag the stock fan pulls from the engine so more hp available.
You can dyi it for under $100 or go with a pre-built setup for $350. Fix-a-lite 183.

I have the flex a lite. It looks good it clears up a lot of room and gets rid of that big ole shroud BUT if hp gains and better mpg is what you are after this is not a game changer. There is absolutely no notably hp gains. And mileage? You have what you have. Headers high flow cats and exhaust is where I would start. And if you do get the fan don’t be startled when it kicks on it’s just the magnetic field that rumbles in the fan motor

your right the Efan is not much but there are a few Efan conversions write Ups that dyno’ed before and after the efan. They are seeing 3-5% hp increase at the wheels across the full range. For less than $100 that doesn’t seem bad. Agree headers, cold air and tuner would do more but will cost more as well.
