New to me truck we could use some help and feedback

Hey guys got a truck recently for the misses ,2013 ram 2500 4x4 5.7 , now were trying to figure out ideas on replacement parts for front end as well as other upgrades I may be able to do I'm not sure if it's lifted or how to tell but im here to chit chat on things that may be good to replace early on I have at few things we have done to it, camshaft lifers rods oil pump all Texas speed and performance parts, so she's in her first week of driving since

You did not say how many miles are on the vehicle and whether you have the full service history for it. First thing I would do is check out all the front end parts to see if they actually need to be replaced. The 2500s front end parts typically last quite well, unless they are used heavily on really bad roads.

180k we do not really know what's been done to it before us I heard a poping sound when turning to the right for a turn around in driveway and slight death wobble about about 70 well shakes a little bit could be tires or alignment I can get photos and tire sizes replaced parts to my ability after work

At 180, if everything is original it likely needs some refresh. I would definitely go through the front end in detail looking for play, cracked bushings, slop in sway bars etc. Also check the intermediate shaft that runs from the steering wheel to the steering box. These often develop play and rarely get checked or replaced.

Dodge is hard on ball-joints. Tie rods/ends also.

Take it to a good front-end shop and get an evaluation and estimate.
