Well, i recently purchased my first MOPAR rig, a 2002 dodge ram 2500 Cummins Laramie. 4x4, auto, 4" lift and some little hockey puck "tuner" (its gunna be gone soon with a real tuner in its place, don't worry) already done to it. Since purchase i've put new lights all around, i've got a new grill and new towing mirrors coming, and last week I met up with a guy a got some 35" BFGs on some nice looking chrome rims and slapped those on. Traditionally i've always been a die hard Chevy guy, but we will see if this dodge can turn me over to MOPAR. So far i do like the interior, and this body style has always been my favorite so we are on to a good start. lol. I plan on doing what i've done to all of my previous trucks, and mod the hell out of the truck. I've already noticed some things are ALOT easier on the GM rigs, but other things are alot more convenient on the Ram. So ups and downs all around. I'll get some pics up here shortly, don't have any handy. And just so people know, yes she will look pretty, and no she won't be a pavement princess. Alot of what i will do are gunna be aesthetic (who doesn't want a nice looking truck?) but i'll also be putting her to work as hard as my chevy's, and that is will the test will be for me for Dodge. I'm not sold on the tranny in her, so a manual swap will probably be in her future. But time will tell. (so will money) Anyhow, figured i would sign up here since i have alot to learn about Dodge trucks, and hopefully get some good ideas for the interior mods in my truck's future. still not 100% on what i am gunna do with the interior, so i'll just work on exterior for now....
