Hello everyone. Tomorrow I'll be picking up my first Ram, a 2013 3.6 SLT Big Horn Crew Cab. I've decided on the Ram over the F-150. Throughout my buying process I've been cruising this and other forums weening info as I've gone along. On that note I'd like to thank the forum members here for their help.
I purchased the 3.6 because my needs are more family than work oriented and MPGs are important. Probably the heaviest thing I'll haul would be a motorcycle or a few sheets of drywall, so the V8, while really nice (I rented one for a hunting trip in January and loved it) was really overkill for my needs.
When I initially was looking for a new vehicle I was considering a minivan oe large SUV, but I really wanted the practicality of a pickup. To that end I've already purchased a BAK Roll-X tonneau for the truck. It was pricey, but with it I now have all the pros of a minivan\SUV (comfort, cargo security) with the benefit of a (albeit short) truck bed.
I'm looking forward to learning more and contributing as best I can. Thanks again for everyone's help.

Welcome!
Congrats on the truck!
