Old truck 2011 Ram 3500 dually, New truck 2026 Ram Bighorn dually. The new truck has issues with the Uconnect at 300 miles .
Just got the truck back from 4 days in the shop only 300 miles on the truck working on error message See Dealership.
After trying the new software upload (no fix)
they replaced the u connect module.(No fix)
Then they replaced the antenna fin and finally got rid of the error message.
The problem I'm having is the Sirius XM radio is cutting out and skipping like a bumped record player! Where I'm in an open area it's losing signals
I have other vehicles with Sirius XM and never any issues like this!
Tried the soft reset no help
Any ideas before taking it back to the shop?
