Hi all!

I’m pretty new to owning a truck. I’ve always been in to sports cars.
Recently I picked up a 2019 1500 big horn

What I’m asking you, if you found $10,000 and wanted to upgrade your truck cosmetically…. What would you do??

Starting pictures attached. Be detailed. I’m a noob! Lol : )

The list is endless. Also depends on what look you’re going for.

Yeah, it’s hard to imagine and I’m having trouble just finding tons of inspiration to get an idea.

I really like either a really clean look.
I’m actually not much a fan of all the chrome…
Or… I like the look of like Baja / off-road and a wide look!

Idk if that helps. If nothing else tell me what YOU guys would do : )

I would go shopping for Wheels
Near me, there is a Wheel store, that is their only product.
I buy my wheels there & go somewhere else for tires & mounting.

I just can't look at a picture & pick one

I agree. Get some wheels and tires. That is the easiest way to change the look of a truck. I'm actually looking at doing some wheels and tires for my rig as we speak.

I have the same color truck and it's hard to chose what to do. The sport look doesn't really work without color matched bumpers. The stock look with this color is classy with the chrome. If you want to get away from the classy look you'll need to get new rims, color match the bumpers, and tone down the rest of the chrome.

For me I'm keeping the chrome. Total opposite from my last truck which was a 4th gen express totally blacked out.

She looks gorgeous as-is!
I agree with starting with wheels. I like some chrome but not a fan of chrome wheels.
I would also consider a lift. The newer trucks look squatty to me. Nothing crazy, but something to get her up on her 'feet'. And then power running boards cuz those are cool.

One of my few add ons is the bed extender. Use it often.
Agree, you definitely need something. I got the long bed because for me the short bed is useless. I can't even put a 6' ladder in there. That and the crew cab short bed trucks look chopped to me.

4” lift
New A/T tires
Hard tonneau cover
Retractable steps
Upgrade the speakers
Fab Four Bumpers.

Might be a little over $10k.

I’m a noise guy so I would do a Borla atak cat-back exhaust system. Or a flow master 40 series. But other than that the truck is nice.

Donate some of it to me and my ram? I like that idea lmao! Bed liner, tonneau cover, little 2 inch lift maybe, I’m basic when it comes to add ons. These days I would tuck the money away with this economy. I just got my ram in November, really want the 2 inch mopar lift but would probably have to over pay at the dealer to have it done to maintain my maxcare warranty. It looks low to the ground at times yet my 225 pound ass is ‘jumping in’ it.

A lot of really great suggestions so far. Like many of the other posters I’d go with a level, larger tires, all weather mats, upgraded speakers and possibly an amp. If you do the speakers soundproof the doors while you have the panels off, it makes a difference. If you have coin left over take the wife out or put it away for the kid’s education cuz it’s expensive AF.
