First time ram owner here, only owned chevrolet's over 20 some with my immediate family combined since before i could drive till now, totaled my 03 2500 hd silverado and wanted to try out a dodge or ford. So i picked up also my first used vehicle im done paying for new ones, a 2005 1500 4.7L white standard cab long bed with 60k total base package manual roll up windows, vinyl floors/seats, cassette didnt know they still made those which is what i wanted i like that i can just wipe the whole thing down with water instead of stained carpet etc, i want an efficient easy to maintain truck, but i want to improve upon it which is where i need help if you will allow me to be lazy and get some help to quickly point me in the right direction. It looks to have been a fleet/farm or business vehicle of some type well maintained new brakes, nitrogen filled brand new tires, clean doesn't look to have ever been off road, electric brake hook up and has a ball hitch in bed for towing 5th wheel with what looks to be a add a leaf maybe which im adding a picture if someone can confirm that for me. But what i would also like to know what would be the best, durable, cheapest way of leveling it out, or making it not look like a work/fleet truck with out decreasing performance/MPG too much on the 4.7L which has acceptable performance as is with 245/70/17 should i level the front end and go with 265/285/ just go with 285s/ do maybe a 1" body and bigger tires i can do a body lift myself for money sake, just looking for some insight, like i said i come from chevy's independent front suspensions and such, only had the dodge a month research is difficult learning new pricing different approaches ect. thanks for any help and here are some pics

Crank the stock torsion bars if you are just looking to level it.

I did that on my last truck with no problems/bottoming out but only 1", and when i get new shocks i would just get them 2" longer. But with the front end lower than the rear from the factory not including the what looks like to me 2" of rear add a leaf for towing, if i crank the torsions at least 2" to give it a better stance is that too much stress, should i just get torsion keys but my understanding is that torsion keys are the same as cranking the bars. I basically dont know if the strait shaft might be different and the keys arent as bad with chevy's its better to get new arms or spacers from what i understand. If this is all the case I would rather keep it where its at and just change the 245s to 285s if that wont affect performance on the 4.7L for a better look/stance not looking for anything crazy but dont mind spending a little money perhaps to improve it.
