New truck having problems

Hi everyone new to the site just thought I would share my problem. Just bought a 2014 ram sport and the problem I'm having is the uconnect voice recognition as well as the phone listening audio does not work. The dealers first attempt was to replace the radio. Fine. Replaced the radio and same problem. They have had the truck since Monday and I forced them to get me a rental car. They have had a week to figure it out and every time I have passed by the dealer it's sitting out side. I've finally layed down the law that if a solution has not been found by Monday we will have to discuss options. Anyone had these sort of problems?
