Just got a new 2014 Express with the 5" screen and bluetooth.
Not very happy with the bluetooth sound for streaming audio.
I want to replace the factory stereo but I DO NOT want to get rid of the menu that the factory radio provides.. Trailer brake input, lights, horn, ect.
Is there an aftermarket radio out there that allows you to keep all these factory menu options.
Please advise...

i have read mopar will be releasing a kicker amp, sub and speaker upgrade for the 2013-2014. saw it on here somewhere. so i'm waiting to see what that will be. figure it will be the same as the 2012 and down but with the correct plug and play for newer vehicles. i'm looking for a little better sound and dont want to do the all out upgrade unless i have to. think i read they were going to release details at sema.

Sub and speaker upgrade from the 09 will work,
I installed the Kicker upgraded sub in my truck to replace the Alpine in my 2013.
The only thing Im waiting on is the Kicker Upgrade amp, which Greygoose can fill us in on when it will be released.

The USB port with a 32gb thumb drive sounds way better than streaming bluetooth. If that isn't enough improvement, you could upgrade the speakers as well.

I work for a dealer, so I will keep yall updated about a speaker upgrade.
My concern is with the QUALITY of sound coming from the bluetooth device. It seams that the quality of the stream is crappy. I just wish a company like alpine made a HU that would allow for the factory menus to be utilized.

I too am very dissatisfied with the audio quality from bluetooth. I just traded in my Subaru WRX for the RAM and the subaru had crystal clear bluetooth audio. My wife's subaru is also crystal clear. I updated the firmware for the uconnect and the bluetooth audio quality is still far unacceptable. I'm going to have to try the flashdrive route.
