New Truck, Parts suggestions

Got my new truck last Sat, and am going to start gathering items. Tranny is already built, has a 5" exhaust, has an Air Dog pump, and has gauges.
I have been reading Threads for days now and can't figure out Everything I need to do...
My Truck will be used as a daily driver, I will tow occasionally, and want the power to feel good and have fun when I want.
Ok, if I am correct the 3rd gen exhaust manifold sucks, so I need to get a second-gen one?
I think I am going to get 90 hp injectors. Which Brands are best to get. Do the 90 Hp injectors kill your mileage if you are driving conservatively?
Which Tuners/ chip do you recommend? Could you tell me the pros and cons of each of the tuners/chips you suggest?

Personally, I'd rebuild that tranny then buy some heavy duty truck parts, I just happen to know someone with a quadzilla that would fit an 03-04 for 200 bucks!!!!!
