Newbie looking for help finding part or fix

I am new to the forum, I have a 2002 2500 extended cab with a V10. Problem is my windshield wipers stopped working properly one morning after working the night before. I was told there’s a module that controls the wiper and you can’t by a new one. It was sent to California to a place that says they rebuild them, but they said it couldn’t be done on mine. I don’t understand how Dodge lets a part like this not be made for trucks and was told Durango’s also. You just have to have it sit till you can find a used one that matches your truck? Don’t get. Help!!

Let me guess, your talking about the tipcm/fuse box right. If so then I hear you, I went through the same thing. I had to source used ones, it took 4 try’s to get one that wasn’t corrupted. You have to find one that is an EXACT match or it won’t work, try to get one from a dry climate cause there’s less of a chance that it’s full of corrosion. I finally got a decent one from automotix.com. You can pick where you want it to come from. Good luck man.

Ok thnx, I didn’t know that, I always thought that the pcm and tipcm controled every accessory. Learn something new everyday.

You might have more luck (and better answers) in the 2nd gen forum as your 02 2500 is not a 3rd gen
