I was wondering what spark plugs work best the iridium or platinum or copper? On another thread one person mentioned that for the 08-11 iridium was causing misfires and said it was suggested to use the copper. I also noticed on my vehicle I only have three coils on the driver side and regular wires on the passenger. Mentioning this because all the videos talk about 6 coils. I had to search and found a video for a 2008 that had an engine that looked like mine but his has 6 coils as well.

Asking what the best spark plugs are to use is like asking what the best oil filter is to use.

If you use the OEM spark plugs (and recommendation) - you can’t go wrong.

Some engines use one coil to fire two cylinders.
