No a/c

Hey guys, I have a 03 1500 hemi and my a/c stopped working. The snowflake, recirc and heated mirror buttons don’t do anything or light up as they should. I even I got another HVAC controller and still no dice. I have checked all the fuses. All the relays. The condenser fan works when jumped. I’m not real sure where to go from here

When I read the codes off the cluster (holding down reset, turn key on) I got a C-code 8199 and a AC 00 and AC 01. Does anyone know what these mean?
