My 03 1500 4x4 (4.7L v8) Won't rev past 3K rpm. It sputters and jerks but wont rev past it. I read somewhere that it could be a clogged cat, but my truck's cat had been stripped out and unplugged so it's just a shell.
Still drivable and all, but getting out of the way or speeding up ain't happening.
Any thoughts of what could be causing it, or a workaround??
