No/Low Hea t Drivers Side

2012 2500 Temp 193-200. Passenger side heat blowing but drivers side cold or low temp.

Can't understand why? Should be common duct.

I have a 2010 ram 1500 with the same issue. I have tried the blend door actuators for the left and right side as well as the face/defrost actuator. They all work the same when swapped out with new. Air flow is directed correctly but cold air on driver side and hot air on passenger side. Flushing the heater core tonight but since there is heat I am not optimisic.
