Fuses, suh.............or turn signal relay..............Electronic Turn Signal Flasher Relay . There may be 2 fuses in the 16 running lights: 1 for hazard relay and another for the bulbs, U just gonna have to research and find.

Tried to look at the fuse panel but could not tell which one was the right one. All I seen was trailer turn signal. But i test those and they work and those fuse were ok. So turn signal work just not the truck rear ones. Not sure is it the flasher and where is it or within the computer

I went to TRE. Lol.

Look at the URL I sent U.... But without looking under there, who knows...

ON 2500's: The flasher is mounted high on the firewall behind the dash. You will need to get on your back on the driver's side floor to view and reach the relay.
1500 may be there.

Could also be in Cabin Fusebox. Either left side dash or under dash. I cannot find a diagram to 100% see... U have (2) fuseboxes... One under hood, one in left side/or under dash

See this URL: Look at picture far right:

https://www.google.com/search?q=2016+ram+flasher+relay+location&biw=1745&bih=852&tbm=isch&source=iu&ictx=1&fir=FS3P5E04QBnW6M%3A%2CJK6lXCJhNoSUFM%2C_&vet=1&usg=AI4_-kQLlifyeMPwf543KD1_vzS-mAM-gA&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwi33Nr2yrLkAhVHPawKHdBICwkQ9QEwAnoECAcQDA#imgrc=FS3P5E04QBnW6M:

ADDED: My interior fuse box is mounted under dash near steering shafts. U have to remove the lower access panel middle dash left with (2) 9/32 screws to get to the box....

There’s no separate fuse for the signal lights on your truck, no serviceable flasher either. Only fuse box is under the dash. Trailer signal lights have a separate fuse but not vehicle signal lights.

Check to to see if you’re getting power to the signal lights first, as well as a good ground. The fact that neither of them work makes me think there is a wiring issue or an issue with the BCM.

Something quick you can try is a capacitive discharge. Disconnect both battery terminals and touch them together for 10 seconds, then leave the battery disconnected for 30 minutes. Reconnect it and try again.

If it’s still not working you’ll have to get out the multimeter and get familiar with wiring diagrams. There is 1 inline connector by the rear of the driver front wheel well, have a leak there as well if you see any damaged or corroded wiring. I attached a picture of its location.

There is no power to the tailight bulb when the blinker or hazards are on. I will check that connector to if maybe power or it is damaged. As well as disconnecting the battery. Wonder if it could be something from when I hit a deer on the highway and than ran it over. Isnt the trailer lights connected to the same wires for the taillights. That is what is puzzling me because those are getting power to them when I tested the connectors with the meter

The trailer tow lighting gets its power from the PDC(fuse box under the hood). Signal is sent from the BCM to the PDC then to the lights. Where as the vehicle lights are straight from the BCM.

Not sure how the connector under the driver door comes apart. The screen shots below is what I get on the AlfaODB. No codes still. I am going to disconnect the battery and see if that helps if not. Might be time to take it to a shop. Hope its not the BCM.

Can you go to your bcm status/ID section (the battery icon) and post a screenshot of the CBC Features configuration section from “tip start enabled” to where LED starts?

You’re in active diagnostics, the area where you can change the actual settings I want to see. Stay connected to the BCM. In the bottom right, instead of clicking on the car with hood open, click on the battery. Then click read system ID. Scroll all the way down to the bottom. Then slowly start scrolling up until you see “CBC Features Configuration:”. Take a screenshot of everything under it (they should all be in one screenshot).

Wonder how that got changed.
Have you made changes to the BCM with AlfaOBD before. If so, You’ll be able to see when that value changed, along with other changes.
