No signal to ignition

I have a 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 4.7 and I am not getting any power to the ignition. I replaced the battery and still nothing. The horn blows the lights comes on but no power to the ignition. I have no control over the windows and I get nothing on the dash except the mileage. I changed the ignition module and still getting nothing. Can someone assist me

Is there current in the OBD2 port?
Did you purchase your truck new ?

Yes, I purchased my truck new in 2012. There's no power to the OBD2 port.
