2013 ram 1500 Cannot turn key to off

Hi I’ve got a 2013 ram 1500 last week I drove home, parked and went to turn my truck off and it shut off but wouldn’t make it full to the off position. I went to turn it back to run and nothing no dash lights no radio nothing. Have disconnect the battery for long periods of time and still the same thing when I turn to run it does nothing. Cant figure out what is going on. Please help.

Can you remove the key? It kind of sounds like your ignition key switch has bitten the dust based the sudden issue of not being able to turn it properly and no power now.

Well that is a bummer !
Please UPDATE what you find out !
That may be one of the reason previous owner sold the truck :O

Yeah I guess technically I shouldn’t have been able to but I pulled it out anyway, dodge dealer says I need a new ignition module unfortunately.
