Bit of an odd issue. My wipers work just fine in the low/high setting, but if I switch to intermittent wipers, the wipers work, but they wipe at the highest speed, which is just slower than the low setting, irregardless of the position of the selector.

I replaced the multi-function switch a few days ago and it made no difference. I'm thinking there might be an issue with the timer module itself, but am a bit on the fence on shelling out for a replacement module without being sure that it is the problem.

Anyone have any ideas/opinions on this problem?

Look at the connectors for the ctm and check your fuses. My timing function quit working one time after my ctm blew my power locks fuse, which is also used as a safety for the module.

I had decided to replace the CTM and successfully resolved my "no Bus" problem (damn, that was an annoying one!).

You had referenced the power locks fuse. Does the timing function use this circuit? I had almost forgotten that my power locks are kind of wonky, so I decided to pull that fuse. Perhaps my problem is as simple as putting it back in, LOL.
