Hey ya'll,
I'm trying to figure out if it is necessary the use a body lift to fit 37's without issues. I know a wheel with negative offset is needed for turning clearance. And people add body lifts for more height. I don't have any personal experience using body lifts so I guess i'm kinda hesitant there.
Thanks for the help.

Happy wheeling

Are you doing suspension as well? I doubt you'll fit 37 's on just a body lift without rubbing.

Sorry I didn't mention, there will/would be a 6" suspension lift as well.

Yeah, you should be able to clear 37's with a 6 inch suspension lift. This is assuming you go with a standard wheel width/backspacing and a 37x12.50 or 37x13.50 tire.

With 5" backspacing you should clear 12.50 and 4.75/4.5" backspacing you should clear 13.50

Yeah, but try to mount a 37x14.50 on a 14 inch wide wheel and you'll have serious issues. Wheel width and backspacing are as important to tire fitment as lift height and tire size. As long as you don't go with a really wide wheel and tire you should be fine.

Your right, I was assuming the use of regular width rims, like 20x9 or 20x10

Thanks for all the input fellas.
Right now I'm looking at a couple different brands of 37's. Some are 12.50 the other is 13.50.
Which ever I choose, I want to use a 17x9 wheel
So I want to make sure everything will work well together before I start ordering things.

With that in mind, refer to my previous post

"With 5" backspacing you should clear 12.50 and 4.75/4.5" backspacing you should clear 13.50"

Alright, I think I understand better now. Thanks again.
Also, will 17" wheels fit properly with the spindles that come with the lift kits?
I think I saw on one of the manufactures websites that 18's were needed.
