Hey guys, I have a 2013 1500 5.7 with the RC N3 2" leveling struts in front. Poking around under the truck this weekend and noticed the upper ball joint boots ripped. I never changed the UCA's when I put the 2" RC struts in, so I guess maybe it took it's toll or just that they are original and have 90K on them, 12K on them since the struts were put in. Anyway, I figure if I'm gonna change the UCA's anyway to replace the ball joints, then I might as well get something that will work a bit better with the 2" lift.
I was looking at the KSP UCA's and wonder if anyone has any experience with them, if they are decent quality or not. I assume I should get the 0-2" control arms, but I did see they have 2-4" ones as well. Would the 2-4" provide anything better than the 0-2" or is it just more money for something not needed. 0-2" is like $70 or so less than the 2-4". I know I only have 2" leveling struts, but just wondered the 2-4" UCA's would provide anything better.
Thanks.
