so I just recently bought this truck, drove it for a few days, when I noticed what looked like soot staining around the hood and fenders area, so checked it out and found my exhaust manifold had cracked, I wished I would have found that problem in my research before I bought the truck, but alas it never came up. so now I found a three part new manifold coming in the USPS for to replace, what do I need to watch for when replacing the manifold, ie stuck bolts,/ studs ?

Bolts and studs like to break. Soak em in 50/50 acetone/atf or kroil to help break the rust. If tune bolt/stud does break make sure you have a good extractor set.
