I had some ideas about lifting my truck 2" - 3" and adding 35x12.5 Nittos. This can get expensive fast, so instead of buying new rims to replace my stock 20x9 WPG's (which can hold 35" tires no problem), I would just customize them and add 0.75" spacers to give them a 0mm offset, (+19mm stock).

Here is my vision: dark smoke tint on the middle section of the chrome-clad design. Photoshopped two pics for examples.

What are my options for making this happen?

EDIT: It actually looks more like a gloss black finish...

I've seen this done once before, over on the Corvette forums, but pretty sure the guy had them sent off to a speciality shop that did chrome and tinting. If you're going the DIY route, I dunno. VHT probably won't look that great.
