OEM wireless charger install not working

Hey guys, so I bought the OEM wireless charger online. I installed and and it’s not working. However I see they sell an OBD thing to reprogram it. I can’t figure out if it just needs programming or I installed it wrong. Can someone please help!

You can probably use AlfaOBD to access the BCM to turn that option on
