My oil filter housing is starting to leak.
I would just like to know what's the average price to replace it
For parts and labor
Thank you

The price depends on the shops labor rate and where they get the cooler from. The coolers range from about $170 to over $300. Some coolers come as a kit that includes upper and lower intake gaskets and bolts and others do not. There's also a harness on the back side that can get contaminated with oil if its a bad enough leak that should be replaced as well. You'll also need an oil change and a gallon or two of antifreeze. If I remember correctly, I believe labor time is about 4 hours but your best bet would be to call your repair shop and let them give you an estimate.

I'd take this time to upgrade too.
Labor is probably going to be a bigger cost than parts so buy once cry once IMO...
Get a Napa aluminum one. They run about $300
I also believe Mopar has an aluminum one as well...

According to Giggle:

Expect to pay between $656 and $783 for repair, with labor typically ranging from $227 to $334.
The problem is usually due to an original plastic part which cracks …but sometimes it’s only the seals that leak. A later / improved Mopar part is available, but The best fix might be to switch to an aluminum cooler. (Dorman makes good replacements)

This is not a repair to be ignored. If it worsens and dumps all the oil it can cost the entire engine.

It took me all day yesterday off and on. Next time it would take me a few hours. Mostly struggled with stuff I didn't have the right tool for. Took a couple trips to town's autozone. I did my spark plugs for the first time since I was down that deep.
Around here a dealership will charge you at least a grand for this job. Probably at least 500 bucks just for their OEM housing with the sensors included.

to start - I am not a mechanic - and had the same problem - did it myself
300 and change for the all metal housing from napa. While I had the manifold off - I switched out the spark plugs - took a day to do it - mostly learning curve and getting proper tools ... and replace the 2 sensors on the housing with new ones . Double check the wire harness for and damage going to the oil housing . they have a tendency to frey
