My '01 Ram 2500 Cummins has developed an oil leak on the driver's side of the engine, near the front. I believe it is under the high-pressure fuel pump, unless I'm misidentifying the high-pressure fuel pump. The area is where my flashlight is illuminating below. Before I dig into it this upcoming weekend, I wanted to see if anyone has guesses on what it might be and relative severity. The leak medium-bad. (It is not as bad as when my front main seal leaked a couple years ago, but it bad enough to make puddles on my driveway if I drive it on in-town errands.) My guess is that I'll have to do some disassembly to get down to whatever gasket needs to be replaced, and it would help a lot if anybody with experience could guess what I might be in for. I don't need anything beginner-level specific, some thing like "Pull the gasket cover off, then the ____, then the ____ and see if it is the _____ gasket" (I'm skilled enough to do things like head-gaskets, etc.)
